on August 17th, 2017 at 1:56:18 PM

As a first time participant in the TAB program I was a bit nervous about how I would cope with it but it was a fantastic experience that I would encourage anybody to be part of at some time. The first part of the Kampong Thom program was for students in their first year of teacher training at the regional teachers college. Some had come from small rural schools and had only completed year 9, but most had completed year 12 in bigger centres.

Letters from Battambang: TAB January 2011

Dear Friends

Another year, another TAB program in Battambang, Cambodia

The team of sixteen Australian workshop presenters met in Phnom Penh where we did the usual round of Phnom Penh activities and purchased resources for the workshops. Funny after paying the bill we were told that the Peace Book Centre book shop where we buy our kit from was opening a store in Battambang the following day. So things are on the move in Battambang, we think. next year, a new process for purchasing resources.
